How to screenshot a website on Windows

Whole page as an image

1. 1Open the page in Chrome on WindowsLet the page finish loading and scroll once to the bottom so lazy-loaded images and sections are rendered.
2. 2Open Developer Tools with F12Or press Ctrl + Shift + I. Developer Tools is built into Chrome — no extension required.
3. 3Open the command menuPress Ctrl + Shift + P inside Developer Tools.
4. 4Type 'screenshot'Choose 'Capture full size screenshot' to capture the entire page, including everything below the fold.

Keeping the capture readable

• Reset zoom with Ctrl + 0 before capturing.
• Close cookie banners and chat bubbles first.
• Capture at a window width close to how readers will view the page.
• Use PNG for text-heavy pages.
