Overview
Lightshot does one thing: select a region, mark it up with a handful of tools, then copy, save or upload it to a short link. It is the fastest path from screen to shareable image on Windows.
There is no scrolling capture, no recording and no workflow automation. That simplicity is the appeal — the whole interface is a selection rectangle and a small toolbar.
Uploaded screenshots are hosted publicly by default, so avoid the upload button for anything sensitive.
